Description:
The Quick Service Technician position is designed to perform routine maintenance and service on Honda and Acura vehicles, in support of the Honda Service Center.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform routine maintenance on Honda and Acura vehicles including:
Oil/Fluid Changes Tire Rotation/Repair/Replacement/Balancing Install Honda and Acura accessories Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary Replacement of vehicle brake components Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs Effectively communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts Follow safe work practices, keep shop area tidy and clean Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and communication Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations Skills/Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license High School Diploma or GED Strong mechanical skills:
previous mechanical/shop experience required Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams Must have good communication and customer service skills Moderate computer experience preferred.
Must wear steel toed shoes.
Lifting Requirements:
5 - 30 lbs.
