Human Resources Generalist
A well established, Anna manufacturer is interviewing candidates for a full time, Human Resources Generalist @ $25-$29 per hour with Premium Benefits . Management team will plan and administer all aspects of human resource activity within the organization.

Duties to include:
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation and on-boarding.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental insurances, 401 K retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, etc.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Investigate and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Conducts exit interviews to determine reason behind employee separation.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for the insurance carrier.
Administers the performance review program.
Identifies and ensures legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources are in compliance.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee related issues.
Prepares a budget of human resource operations.
This is a Direct Hire position by the manufacturer.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources ; with minimum 5
years related experience and/or training

Years of Benefit Administration Experience
ADP Workforce Now experience a Plus
Experience with Leave management (Workers Comp/FMLA/STD/LTD)
Home Phone or Cell.
Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen.
A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction.
Your Own Transportation.
